Ordering Information

Shipping

Customers pay actual shipping via their carrier of choice (UPS, USPS).

Discount Codes

Customers are permitted to use one (1) discount code for each purchase. To add a code to your order, enter the code on the shopping cart page after adding an item to your shopping cart.

Tax, Duties & Fees

STEPRIGHT's web store is run and operated by hBARSCI out of Victor, NY.  Sales tax is only applied on orders shipping to an address where we are required to collect and remit sales tax. Please enter shipping information during the order process to see if we collect and remit in your state. International customers are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes. STEPRIGHT strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of any additional charges prior to purchase.  Please contact orders@steprightstability.com for more information or if you are tax exempt.

Product Warranty

This product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days. Gorbel® does not warrant against damages caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.

Gorbel® will replace or refund (at its option) defective product within 30 days of the original sale. Please contact Gorbel Customer Service at 1-877-344-2263 for a return authorization (RA) number.


Product Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, you have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. The product must be returned in the original packaging and include all parts (2 rubber webbings, 4 stability domes, 2 straps, and 1 air pump). You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product to be exchanged, we will process the order and ship, at our cost, a new product to the supplied address. Please contact Gorbel Customer Service at 1-877-344-2263 for a RA number.


Product Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Contact STEPRIGHT Order Support at orders@steprightstability.com for a return authorization number. Your item must be returned in the original packaging, without signs of wear, and include all parts (2 rubber webbings, 4 stability domes, 2 straps, and 1 air pump). Your item must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a specified number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Customer Protection

STEPRIGHT makes customer security a top priority. All pages asking for personal information during the checkout process provide encrypted data transmission. This security is denoted in the web address beginning with "https".

In an effort to protect our customers, a valid phone number and verifiable billing and shipping addresses are required with each order. We may call to verify the billing and shipping information for any order. At our discretion, we may require an order only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. In such a situation, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed with the order.
